Position Summary:
Real dream job for Customer Service/Admin demonstrates excellent customer service and rapport building skills, with the ability to multi-task and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese. In this full-time position, some of the tasks include: answer incoming calls, research and respond to customer inquires in a timely manner and a variety of other duties. This position also includes some admin functions to support office function.

Qualifications:

-- An outgoing personality, and must be able to sale!
-- Good tenure and good documentation skills are a must.
-- Demonstrates excellent verbal communication by providing customer service to callers, and written communication skills, both in English and Chinese.
-- Basic Windows skills, data entry skills, problem solving.
-- At least 2 yrs customer service experience.
-- 2 yrs administrative experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
-- College coursework or degree preferred.
-- Facility/service industry experiences a plus.
