A German national Rudolf shows his "safety green card" to journalist. The Maizidian community in Chaoyang District, Beijing issued "safety green card" to expatriates residing in the community on July 10, 2005. With assistance hotline numbers in Chinese and English printed on it, the card will bring about more convenience and help to expatriates who do not speak Chinese.
