The specialty here is thekao yangpai(grilled rack of lamb), which is the best I've tasted. Dipped in a salt-and-pepper concoction, the lamb is grilled so that the meat is tender and the outer layer crisp. One large order of lamb(yangrou)and a couple of local beers(pijiu)makes a fantastic meal for two.
