Xianheng Jiudian (Old Xianheng Hotel)
Opened in 1998, this three-star is in battered but acceptable condition for the price (after bargaining). It's a five-story concrete building with hints of local style, handy for a lively street market and the Lu Xun-related sights. Rooms are functional. The restaurant in the hotel is poor, although the one just outside is of more interest.
