ITINERARY

Hotel pick-up at 8:30am, then drive toBeijing ShaolingKung Fuschool. School visit for 20 minutes first, then practice Kung Fu (leads by school Kung Fu Master) for 2-2.5 hours.Kung Fu，also known as gongfu(also asWushu)or martial arts，a valuable cultural heritage of the Chinese nation．is a traditional Chinese sport with a unique national characteristic．It enjoys a long history and a large number of practitioners．Based on movements employed in fighting，such as kicking，striking，throwing，catching，repelling，and stabbing，Kung Fuis practiced in various types of set exercises，either barehanded or with weapons．

Lunch will take place at 12:00.

Then visit theGreat wallto bethe heroesin the afternoon. Chairman Mao said that “You’re not a hero until you climb on theGreat Wall”.

Drive back to your hotel.
