This comfortable cocktail lounge boasts gorgeous water-level views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. You'll fall in love all over again (with Hong Kong, your companion, or both) as you take in one of the world's most famous views (this is a very civilized place for watching the nightly Symphony of Lights laser show), listen to a live band (6pm-midnight), and imbibe one of the bar's famous martinis or one of its signature Nine Dragons cocktails. Note that after 9pm, non-hotel guests are charged a HK$140 (US$18/£10) cover. It's open daily from 8am to 2am.
