Western CHEF required in China, for a start ASAP

Restaurant Cook/Chef for a Western Bar and restaurant required to perform some of the following duties:

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May set up and oversee buffets
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May hire and train kitchen staff

The successful applicant should have:

* 2-5 years experience
* Working knowledge of international cuisine
* Kitchen management skills

Job Specifics:

Salary: Negotiable (up to 5000RMB per month)
