Only 30km from Jiangbei International Airport, 3km from the railway station, and 4km from the Yangtze River ports, 500 metres from International Convention Center, starting point for the historically incomparable Three Gorges cruises, it is the ideal location to enjoy all Chongqing has to offer.
Compared to the five-star Harbour, Hilton, and Marriott properties, this four-star isn't nearly as posh, nor can it boast a central location. But it does have beautiful views all around -- on one side, the Chang Jiang, on the other, mountains. To compensate for the inconvenient location, a free shuttle service runs several times a day between the hotel and the French supermarket, Carrefour. The rooms are clean but slightly run down; bathrooms are small. The hotel feels like a Western budget inn, but even with the standard 50% discount, the rates aren't much better than those of a five-star property.
