Dear Friends,

I am a Beijinger, and I have a 88 square meter(880 square feet) apartment for rent during
Olympic Games. This apt is perfect for small family(4-5 people), and details are list below:

1. Located on the side of North fourth belt road of Beijing, less than 2 kilometers from the
   Olympic Media Village and other major Olympic facilities. The location is also very
   convenient for you to go to metro station, airport, great wall and other attractions.
   It is only 1minutes way from metro station by foot.
2. 1 living room, 2 bed room, 1 bath room, and 1 kitchen
3. Living room features 6-seats couch, central carpet, 42 inch LCD TV, which you may
    find really useful when you want to watch an event but have no ticket, Nintendo Wii
    system with more than 100 games to help you relieve your nostalgia.
4.  Bedroom is quite simple with only one king-size bed, one desk, and one wardrobe. This
    room also equipped with an air-conditioner.
5.  Bathroom is relatively spacious, equipped with a new electronic shower system and a
    Haier washing machine. Toilet is the “sitting-type”, not the one you may hear as
    “squatter”.
6. Kitchen is well furnished too. Besides refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove, you may
   able to find all the small tools, apparatus, and even condiments to prepare your self a
   delicious dinner.
7. A small balcony to dry your washed cloth, watch fireworks of Olympic Opening and
   Closing Ceremonial and store luggage.  
8. Other features including broadband access, iron and iron plate, hair dryer.
9. Desktop(P4 2.0G), room cleaning service(once a week), transportation service is available
   upon request.
10.I am good at English and Japanese.I live near this house.I have two houses.

The rate of the apt is:

        Weekly rate $180/night
        Monthly rate $130/night
        Negotiable if longer than one month.
