Lufthansa Youyi Shopping Center (Yansha Youyi Shangcheng)
Located on the east side of the Third Ring Road and connected to the Kempinski Hotel, the Lufthansa Center is the largest mall in northeast Beijing. There's a range of specialty shops, boutiques, and arts-and-crafts outlets on the upper floors, and a well-hidden bookstore tucked away on the fourth floor. There's a currency exchange on the fifth floor, which you'll need if you plan on shopping at the overpriced supermarket and deli in the basement. Open daily 9am to 10pm.
