Room available!(Hongmei Rd, Shanghai(Minhang District)

There's a nice room available in Hongmei Rd. It's only 10min away from Gubei carrefour by bike and 3min away from hongmei pedestrian street on foot.
Large room is 2300rmb, (+2months deposit).
The contract is signed till June next year.
A Korean girl is living in the smaller room right now. She has work in SH and can speak good mandarin and little english.
I'm also a korean, due to work problem I'm moving out to a new apt by next month
