German worker need apartment in Shanghai (Near People Square)

Hello,I'm a german worker and looking for an apartment near Plaza 66 / People Square.I need the accommodation only from 15th October 2007 –1st February 2008 (nearly 4 months)I´m looking for an accommodation on a higher floor with a good view over the city!Furthermore the rooms should to be furnished and bright.The maximal rent should not exceed 5.000 RMB / month.Can you help me finding such an accommodation?Many thanks for your help!MY EMAIL ADR.
