Breakfast Briefing with David Glass

AustCham Beijing is proud to welcome David Glass to deliver a breakfast briefing on Australia’s involvement in the World Expo Shanghai in 2010, including a preview of the exciting Australian pavilion concept.

"The Australian pavilion has been designed to stand in its surrounds as a bold sculptural form, both modern and organic”.

The presentation will address the following:

 Australia's Shanghai World Expo 2010 preparations
 Australia's pavilion design concept and our communications strategy
 Opportunities for Australian business

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

David Glass – Biography:
David Glass is currently the Director of Business and Communications in the Shanghai World Expo 2010 Task Force of DFAT's Images of Australia Branch. Mr Glass has extensive overseas experience as an Australian diplomat. His previous postings include Beijing, Taipei, Mexico City and Chicago.

Mr Glass has served previously in DFAT's East Asia Branch, the Canada and Latin America Branch, the Strategic Affairs Branch and the Executive Planning and Evaluation Branch. Before joining DFAT he worked in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Office of National Assessments.
