Apartment available during Olympic games

I am a Beijing citizen, and I have a apartment for rent during Olympic Games in 2008.

Apartment description : 60 square meters, the 13th floor, 2 bedrooms with queensize beds, 1 balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and well furnished (cooker, Microwave oven, Direct-drinking Water, air conditioners, Television, Washing machine) in Lido area, Chaoyang district, Beijing, China. (Note: Lido area is the most well-known expats living area in Beijign with convenient living facilities. And about 7 kilometers to the bird nest stadium and 30mins to Beijing Capital International Airport.)

Proposed price:  60USD per day for one bedroom (I will take the other one) and another 200USD for refundable deposits. It is in a every 5 days during the Olympic games and all under discussion.
