Xiamen Xilaideng Jiudian (Sheraton Hotel)
As the first five-star hotel in town, the Sheraton has a lot to live up to. The location seems to be more geared toward convention attendees rather than tourists, but as it only opened in August 2005 (aftermy visit to Xiamen), it will still be setting the standard for all other accommodations. Many of the rooms have superb views over Jiangtou Park.
