Nestled in next to the Anchor Bar, the food at Fiesta isn't exactly authentic -- suffering from the Sichuan tendency to make everything a little hotter than necessary -- but the service and environment more than compensate. The polished wooden floor boards and elegantly dressed serving staff add a touch of class, and the high ceilings add a breezy feeling that makes the restaurant a pleasant escape from the summer heat.
