Holiday Inn City Center (Ha'erbin Wanda Jiari Fandian)
The Holiday Inn, Harbin's finest hotel 5 years ago, now feels more like a midrange Chinese hotel than a respectable joint-venture. But its convenient location at the bottom of Zhongyang Dajie, solid service, and one of the best Western restaurants in Harbin still make it an attractive option. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable but somewhat worn and outdated.
