Job: 1. Make sure RS’s current shipment is going on correctly and smoothly, including all of the details such as the order quantify, price, ETD, packing, shipping method, distribution and any change raised by the customer. Keep the customer posted of the latest shipment status and try our best to meet the request.2. CPFRCPFR is a file shared by RS and us, in which you will find (1) current orders with its quanity and expected arrival date at the destination; (2) sales forecast weekly of each models; (3) the coming orders with its quanity and expected arrival date at the destination; (4) the inventory of each model weekly.Bi-weekly, we will download this file and submit our feedback report to the customer which acts as a channel between the customer and us to keep the current and normal orders moving as the schedule and as what the market requests. New project developmentThe NPI (New production information), RPQ (regulatory product questionnaire), development schedule will be submitted once the customer confirms our offer (rendering, quotation, fundamental function and the general operation logic, etc). Thus we make sure the work is to be done and being done by all of the parts invovled including the customer, R&D workmates and the vendor. Samples (mock up sample, working samples, field test sample, cosmetic samples, O/M samples, production samples and QA samples), packing (labels, engraving, silkscreen, Owner maunal or user guide, service manual, G/B or color box, clamshell or blister ), regulatory certificate application (FCC, ETL, ETL, UL, RoHS, UL, US patent, Prop 65, CFC letter, etc) and all of the other steps will be prepared, submited and approved as the development schedule w/o much deviation. After the P/S, the documents such as Whole Parts List, schematic drawing and explode view will be submitted to the customer who will place S.P. Order accordingly if necessary. The mass production will begin after the BOM is released. The project won’t come into an end till the initial shipment is pre-inspected and passed the inspection.4. Update new project status and hand in new project report to the top management after it is finalized.5. Update the sales report by the customer name or country, category No. and year.6. Ask for last buy or compensation if there is any provided the some models are discontinued; 7. Deal with the orders other than RS’s.
