About the position
Intralink is seeking an administrator and research assistant for its office in Shenzhen. The successful candidate will also be involved in sourcing and project work.
We are seeking someone with the following attributes and qualifications:
1) Minimum of two-years’ work experience in sourcing, research, sales and marketing or general administration.
2) Fluent spoken and written English.
3) University degree (preferably in a technical or engineering subject)
4) Good multi-tasking, analytical and report-writing skills (in English)
5) A proactive self-starter who enjoys new challenges.
Your responsibilities will be broad-ranging and will include research, sourcing for our Europe and US-based clients, and general office administration. You will be based in Intralink’s office in the Kerry Centre in Shenzhen.
