Shangri-La Hotel Harbin (Ha'erbin Xianggelila Dafandian)
The Shangri-La is the finest hotel in central Harbin, and the only five-star in Daoli District. Rooms, most of which have recently undergone extensive renovations, are comfortable and tasteful. Service is fantastic. The only drawback is that the hotel is not within walking distance of Harbin's fabled architecture, but its location on the river (across from the Ice and Snow Palace) becomes ideal in winter.
