CFO Needed_ based in Beijing(EXPAT)

­        Provide financial leadership to business units through strategic planning and budgeting
­        Assess business opportunity through financial feasibility study providing financial analysis to management
­        Cooperates with Headquarters to establish the administrative policies, programs and procedures of the company in line with the local laws;
­        Coordinates the accounting activities of the company, assuring the related legal implications;
­        Deals with the correct implementation of fiscal, taxation and working Law;
­        Coordinates the data preparations for the company balance sheet;
­        Coordinates the accounting procedures related to stock taking;
­        Coordinates Internal Auditing, procedures and methods together with the Auditor;
­        Takes care the implementation of the financial decisions of the Group Management;
­        Prepares the short-mid range financial plan of the company;
­        Provides the tools for an ongoing control of the company cash-flow, making, when necessary, corrective action in cash issues;
­        Is in charge of cost control and analytical accounting;
­        Ensure timely and accurate final reporting (monthly and annual);
­        Checks the company operating budget, highlights discrepancies, suggests corrective actions;
­        Assures the personnel administration, forecast and cost;
­        Follows labour relations and internal/external communications;
­        Deals with selection, training, salary planning in line with Headquarters guidelines
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
•        This position requires fully competent technical skills in all aspects of financial planning and analysis in an international business environment
•        8–10 years of relevant experience and minimum 5 years of working experience in China. It is preferred an experience in manufacturing environment.
