Department and position:Valuation Dept – Research Analyst(Native English Speaker in China)
Location: Shanghai & Beijing
Job Description:
1.Using telephone and internet to collect market intelligence; maintain related databases
2.Liaise with Research dept to gather market information.
3.Conduct on-site interviews with project representatives to collect data (often in Mandarin)
4.Writing market overviews for office, retail and residential markets in different cities across China
5.Enhance quality of team’s written output by carefully proof-reading valuation reports; offer suggestions about language points to valuation team as necessary.
6.Highly involved in valuation projects, working and coordinating with colleagues from other offices across China
7.Compile weekly summaries of China’s real estate market news, using English language press sources.

Requirement:
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong interest in real estate
- Basic understanding of real estate and economic terminology
- Mandarin – conversational and reading skills highly useful for research duties
- At least bachelor degree
