Tokyo Mandolin Band performed in Dalian

As a main part of the "week of Japan" in Dalian, a Mandolin Band from Tokyo gave local people a wonderful performance at People Culture Club, Dalian, a coastal city of northeastern China's Liaoning Province, May 27, 2007.

Over 30 Japanese artists performed more than 20 piece

s of classic music on stage, showing audiences an elegant realm.

Mandolin originated in Italy, and was introduced to Japan hundreds of years ago.
