Dongguan Binguan
Built in 1957 just north of the Jilin Bridge, the Dongguan is a relic, but a convenient one, with a great location and two travel agencies (including a CITS branch) on-site. The main building, a white behemoth with a traditional green tile roof, underwent minor renovations in 2002 and offers worn but clean standard rooms with small bathrooms. Similar rooms on the first floor of the rear building are heavily discounted. The nicest standard rooms are in the new building. Rooms on the south side of the main building and west side of the new building offer views of the river.
