Looking for Part time Designer

Requirements:
• Modifying existing templates for websites.
• Photoshop CS2 or higher
• Macromedia Flash8
• Macromedia Dreamweaver 8
• HTML
• PHP or JSP with working experience
• MYSQL

Do not need to come to office, must have QQ/MSN etc
Communication thru internet after orientations
English is not a necessity but will be good to have for simple customers' requirements
