Xuefu Yipin Jiang Gu
This loud establishment is a favorite among locals. Though there are no English speakers here, the simplicity of ordering is a huge bonus: simply go to the display section in the back and point to what you want. The advertised specialty is the pork ribs(jiang gu).If you're adventurous, you can get thegubang(pork legs); locals enjoy sucking the marrow out of the bones. Every table setting comes with a pair of plastic gloves that diners don to pick up the giant drumsticks. Also try the tasty four-mushroom soup (Yipin Juntang), the pumpkin fries, and the fried crepes with vegetables and egg (Danhuang Junangua).
