German worker need apartment in Shanghai (Near People Square)

Hello,

I'm a german worker and looking for an apartment near Plaza 66 / People Square.
I need the accommodation only from 15th October 2007 –1st February 2008 (nearly 4 months)

I´m looking for an accommodation on a higher floor with a good view over the city!
Furthermore the rooms should to be furnished and bright.

The maximal rent should not exceed 5.000 RMB / month.
Can you help me finding such an accommodation?
