An advance payment should be paid before start. The mount of advance payment is according to the actual situation of the document. Such as how many word the document contended in total or how soon it need to be down. Normal range would be 30%~50% of the entire payment.

4. Transcription.
I can help with Video/tape transcription. The written form could be either source language or translate it into another one. File format could be mp3,wma,mpge, DVD, CD, tape, etc.You may send /transmit the file to me through snail mail, email, MSN, or any way you preferred.
