Hongqiao Dajiudian
This is the closest Yinchuan gets to a four-star hotel. Rooms are well maintained and carpets are clean while midsize bathrooms have combo tub/showers. The hotel isn't in the heart of the tourist area, but it's only a few blocks west of Gu Lou (the Drum Tower), which is the center of town. It's popular, and is especially busy on weekends.
