According to the report , The advanced video system with giant screen as high as 8-storey building will be set up in the WestLake Culture Plaza bordering the Wulin Plaza . The main structure construction of the plaza has been finished and the interior decoration will be started . It was planned that the Plaza would strike its pose around the next spring festival. Then , the video system will open to the public with film or wonderful repertoire .
