Yisheng Binguan
This budget hotel north of Nan Guan Mosque is modest, exceptionally clean, and one of the few inexpensive guesthouses in Yinchuan that isn't dismal. Guest rooms are small and bright; each has a private bathroom and shower without a separate cubicle. The hotel's location -- within walking distance of Nan Men, the bus station, and the Nan Guan Mosque -- makes it prime for sightseeing.
