Snowland Restaurant
With the feel of a New York diner that's frequented by the Tibetan elite and international travelers, Snowland has emerged as the most competent kitchen in town. You're not going to get earth-shattering fare here, but the variety of options, from Japanese teriyaki to Indian curries, is at least decent if not pretty good. The Yak pepper steak, nan, dumplings, and crêpes suzette are all recommended.
