a serious language exchange wanted

Hello everyone, i'm new here. Just move to Shanghai.I'm looking for an english < -- > chinese exchange. I've been in germany for 8 years, and forget very most of my engish. Now because of working, i should use english again. I would like to find a language exchange partner, who(english native speaking) can correct my english pronounciation and grammer. same, i will try my best to help your mandarin.
