Description:Shanghai International College of Culture (SICC) is the non-government sponsored college authorized by the Chinese government to provide foreign students the opportunity in learning Chinese Language and Culture. Over 2000 foreign students from more than 30 different counties have studied in SICC since its establishment. The main campus of the College is located in the center of Shanghai, near Huai Hai Road(middle). The other campuses are located in Hong Qiao Developing Zoom.
