Located in a quiet Tibetan residential area to the southeast, this three-star hotel, run by the owners of the Wutse Hotel in Gyantse, is the newest in Shigatse. The competent, English-speaking staff works long hours. Spacious rooms are functionally furnished, the bathrooms are immaculate, but the hot water takes a while to warm up. A new wing will be open when you arrive, with dorm rooms and more dining options.
