It is quite convenient to get to Olympic Gymnasiums and famous scenic spots and historical sites, including only 300 or 800 meters to 3rd ring and 4th ring road separately and 100 meters to SuZhou station of subway 10 line, within 3 kilometers for walking-distance to The Summer Palace; YuanMingYuan (the old Summer Palace); Beijing University Gymnasium and Beijing Institute of Technology Gymnasium and so on. Surrounded with bank, supermarket, hospital, restaurant, post office, beauty salon. Multiple public traffic line for you choosing to get to where you want.
4) Payment terms:
1. USD 6,000 for a month or 400 USD per day at lease 10 days under negotiation.
2. Full payment made up front and received within 5 business days from signing of rental agreement under negotiation.
3. Payment is made by wire transfer directly into landlord’s bank account.
4. International wire transfer fee, if required, shall be in incurred by tenant.
5. USD 2,000 security deposit is required on your arrival and will be returned in-full to tenant upon successful check-out.

All within 2 kilometers for walking -distance to National Aquatics Center (Water Cubic); National stadium / indoor stadium (Bird Nest); Fencing gymnasium; Hochey field and so on. In particular, only 1 kilometer to National Conference Center and Olympic branch line of Beijing subway. Surrounded with bank, supermarket, hospital, restaurant, post office. Multiple public traffic line for you choosing to get to where you want.
