The new, enlarged reception area is open and airy. Guest rooms are decorated in rich blues and golds, and most have views of the cityscape. Bathrooms are spacious and most have separate bath and shower. Though less glamorous than the Marriott, the Harbour Plaza still meets international standards in every way.
