Construction Supervisor

Site Selection

（1）Assist in surveying and recommending potential buildings for new centers

（2）Assist in negotiating with the landlord on rent, management fee, utilities, etc.



Requirements:



（1）Engineering background, at least Bachelor Degree, preferably Civil Engineer or Interior Design.

（2）Minimum six years of experience from engineering or interior decoration, or corporate real estate division.

（3）Knowledge / experience with project management & property management is a must.

（4）Proficient in AutoCAD.

（5）Willingness to travel.

（6）High ethical standards.

（7）Excellent English Speaking & Writing skills.

（8）Based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. This person will be responsible for Shenzhen and Guangzhou facilities, and may be required to travel to other cities in China.
