From the moment you step into the lobby, you know you're in an international hotel. Most of the staff have been trained in Shanghai and are competent and eager to please. Guest rooms are spacious and bathroom facilities are high in quality. The rooms have blond wood desktops and crisp white down comforters; they are light, airy, and well maintained.
