Next year is the 20 years anniversary of reformation and openness for Nanjing. In order to picturesquely display to the world the Nanjing's great social and economic accomplishments and civilized, open and harmonious city image, the "Foreigners in Nanjing" Photography Contest will be held.
The event is sponsored by Nanjing Department of Publicity, Nanjing Municipal Information Office, Nanjing Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, and organized by Nanjing Daily Newspapers, Nanjing Photographers Association, Nanjing Foreign-Invested Enterprises Association, Longhoo.net, Map Magazine.
The subject matter of the contest will focus on "foreigners in Nanjing and Nanjing in foreigners' camera lens".
All entries must be originally photographed in recent years without prize winners or collected works in all kinds of national photography exhibitions.
photography works will have been collected during 26 May to 30 October. Sponsors and organizers will invite related authorities and experts to choose winning works. The list of prize winners will be publicized before 30 November.
The contest will set up 2 works of First Award with RMB3000 prize respectively, 4 works of Second Award with RMB1500 respectively, 8 works of Third Award with RMB800 prize respectively, and 20 works of Excellent Award with RMB200 prize respectively, 50 Chosen Works with RMB100 prize respectively. All prize winning works will be issued prize certificates.

Entries should be digital files with a resolution of no less than 500dpi and 2-5M in size.
