My name is Jacqueline Noire (My Chinese name is Sun YuanYuan). I am a professional translator/interpreter from English to Chinese (traditional and/or simplified) and vice-versa. I am based in Beijing and I speak perfect English, basic French and have knowledge of American Sign Language. I am a young Chinese lady with entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of responsibility with over 7 years experience working with foreign business in China and 2 years as a full-time professional translator, and have participated in official conferences, seminars, commercial negotiations, exhibitions, social meetings and so on with and on behalf of various clients.

I have a strong background in foreign business. I worked in the hotel/tourism industry for more than 5 years and a foreign enterprise for 2 years; I used to work in some of the best hotels in China. I understand foreign cultures well and have the skill to communicate with people effectively in a manner suitable to their needs.

I had my first article published when I was 17. I majored in International Trade in college for my associate's degree and in English language/literature for my bachelor's degree. I am a creative writer who also engages in serious amateur photography as a hobby.
