looking for an office space for creative company (Shanghai Jingan)

We are looking for an office space, around 70 to 100 sqm for a photo studio, office and storage.Need to be on the first floor or with elevator as we have some flight case to carry.Need to be not too far from huaihai lu.Contract for one year, at least.Could be shared with other creative company, we are a Photo Video Creative company created 2 years ago.Price as low as possible, under 3,000 monthly.
