Right in the center of town, located on a busy, crowded street, the facilities and service at this three-star hotel are better than you would anticipate for the outlay. The beds are firm, the dark wood-paneled floors are a rare treat, and the bathrooms are spotless, if a little cramped. Service has improved to meet the expectations of the primarily foreign clientele.
