Yarbag Polohanisi (Yuan Jiu Xiao Pang Zhuafan Wanzimian Guan)
Kashgar's best-known restaurant has been packed with locals for the several years, taking shade under a willow tree. Alas, old willow trees are not in the picture for the new Kashgar. City planners have arranged a date with the bulldozer, leaving the new restaurant with the unwieldy name "The pilaf and noodle restaurant that was once next to the no. 9 Primary School." The willow tree remains the logo, and the larger premises will continue to serve savory pilaf and beef ball noodles(wanzimian).
