DCCC Shanghai
DANISH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN CHINA - SHANGHAI
January 17, 2007
January Biz Event:
DCCC “Round Table Discussion” : Danes with experience in China
Setting up a business organization in China -
Dear Members and guests,
DCCC invites you to an evening introducing a new concept in DCCC - “Round Table Discussion”.
The concept relies on Danish business people and their hands–on experience in China. Doing business in China generates many questions. With this new concept DCCC would like to promote the sharing of experiences among Danish business people in China in a small and comfortable setting.
This first “Round Table Discussion” evening will address the question of setting up an organization in China dealing with the often rapid developments and difficult cultural challenges – seen from ‘Westerners’ perspective.
The evening will be hosted by DCCC and supported by three experienced, senior Danish business people each with different backgrounds and experiences. They will on a personal level at the “Round Table Discussion” share their stories and form the base for a continued informal discussion among all the table’s participants. During the evening participants will move tables to increase the opportunity to share and gain information. The seats will be limited to 27 guests (3 tables of 9 each.)
The event will give you a good chance to ask questions and also share your own experience and advice to a wide panel of “learners & experts”, yet in a small and confidential setting.
The evening’s 3 Danish business people who will facilitate the discussions are:
