           my client like our handbags and want us to give him a good price .we negoticate for a long time .we talked many times .but he still agree with our price . his price is very low .his request  is very strict ,too . the payment term is paypal ,CIF  .The price is very low . but high quality .leather ,name brand handbags . I told him that is impossible to offer .you should know that  exchange was failed.
