Catering to foreigners since 1988, this former Holiday Inn, located on the northwestern bank of Banyan Lake, is still the best four-star hotel in town. Rooms are comfortably furnished with large twin beds and soft chairs. Ninth-floor rooms have high ceilings and marvelous views of the lake. Bathrooms are bright and clean.
