As China continues to be a leading economic force in Asia, the top business challenge for companies in China is recruiting capable Chinese managers, clerical staff and workers and retaining them. Human Resources issues for companies operating in this market are not only a challenge for HR professionals but are also high on the agendas of business leaders.  Attracting and retaining talent is a long-term strategy for most firms, and companies are putting a great deal of energy into creating leading HR policies and practices and managing employee expectations.

Mark Schaub, King & Wood, will present the latest development in the new Labor Contract Law. A legal practitioner’s observations and case studies in a HR perspective.
