Toraq Cafe (Huyang Linghong Kafeiting)
This little unpretentious cafe is a great place to unwind and have a cup of coffee. While they only serve instant coffee, at least they have a wide range of international brands to choose from. The Uighur owners also serve a sampling of different Uighur dishes, likesamsaand lamb skewers. They stay open late and serve a selection of whiskeys and beers. Come here for a drink if you'd like to escape the usual sleaziness of Chinese bars.
