San Feng Jiujia
While Wuxi isn't exactly known for its cuisine, this restaurant does a superb job making the best of the regional fare. Order thepaigu,delicious Chinese-style baby-back ribs cooked in sugar and soy sauce, or the local specialtymianjin,which are fried balls of flour that a shredded and stir-fried with meat and vegetables. The restaurant also features fresh seafood and fresh squeezed juices.
